This website and online store, Hytzone, is operated by Moxemi UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company registered in Germany with its registered seat in Frankfurt am Main and business address at Heinrich-Delp-Straße 54, 64297 Darmstadt, Germany. The company is registered with the Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main under HRB 141507.

Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms "Hytzone", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Moxemi UG (haftungsbeschränkt) as the operator of this website and online store.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount due will be refunded using the same payment method where possible and as required by applicable law.

The total price payable, including applicable taxes and any delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your order.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

We may change prices for future orders at any time. Price changes do not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where correction is permitted by applicable law.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Hytzone delivers to the destinations that are currently made available during checkout.

The available shipping methods, delivery charges, and estimated delivery times are shown before you complete your order. These may vary depending on the delivery address, the products ordered, and the fulfilment arrangements available at the time of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, unusually high order volumes, weather, transport disruption, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact Hytzone as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment has started.

SECTION 6 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the withdrawal period. You may do this through the contact options available on Hytzone or by writing to:

After notifying us, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return destination for the order.

For a return based only on a change of mind, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.

If goods are defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or otherwise do not conform to the contract, your statutory rights apply. Where required by law, necessary return costs for such goods will be borne by us.

Please do not send goods to the registered business address unless the return instructions specifically direct you to do so.

SECTION 7 - REFUNDS AFTER WITHDRAWAL

Where you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund payments that must be reimbursed under applicable law.

Where delivery charges were paid for the original order, reimbursement is limited to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for that order. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive or upgraded delivery method selected by you do not have to be reimbursed beyond the standard delivery amount, to the extent permitted by law.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed and does not result in additional costs to you.

You are responsible only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, where applicable under law.

SECTION 8 - STATUTORY PRODUCT RIGHTS

Products sold through Hytzone must conform to the purchase contract and applicable consumer protection law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fails to conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction, refund, or other remedies depending on the circumstances.

Any voluntary warranty offered by us or by a manufacturer is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace or reduce them.
